This experience has provided Dr. Forde, the unique opportunity to consult with some of the most prolific Global Healthcare Organizations such as Genentech, EMD Serono, Bayer, Moffitt Cancer Center, and Walgreens.

Gareth K. Forde, MD, PhD, MBA, born in Vwegberg, Germany, is a Managing Partner at SCP. He has over a decade of experience in Clinical Medicine, Health Economics, and Population Health Planning. Additionally, Dr. Forde served as a consultant to Health Management Associates providing consultation with Health Mergers and Acquisitions.

Ms. Sorci is an investment banking and private equity professional, advising middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private capital placements, both equity and debt. Prior to Ms. Sorci’s career in finance, she spent 7 years in marketing working for several Fortune 500 companies, including Unilever and ColgatePalmolive.

Kenneth R. Alleyne, MD, FAAOS, is of Caribbean parentage (Barbados and Jamaica), and is an operating partner at SCP. Dr. Alleyne has multiple decades of experience as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon practicing in Connecticut and Manhattan. Dr. Alleyne is an attending surgeon across multiple hospital systems and has held faculty appointments domestically and internationally. Additionally, Dr. Alleyne has substantial experience in healthcare investing and consulting specifically in the areas of population health and Medicaid Advantage.

Dr. Singletary has nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and allied education, working in both for-profit and traditional university sectors. Additionally, Dr. Singletary has extensive experience as a business, legal, and regulatory consultant working with federal and state governmental agencies, Fortune 500 organizations, and international firms.
